By this petition, petitioners herein have invoked supervisory

jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution, thereby
challenging order dated 29.12.2025 passed by the learned Additional Special
Mobile Magistrate, R S Pura in File No. 208/Misc titled “Anita Kumari & Ors.
Vs. Kamal Kumar & Ors.”, by virtue of which the application filed by the
petitioners herein for withdrawal of suit (supra) has been dismissed.
Notice to the contesting respondents, subject to taking of requisite
steps by the petitioners.
Dasti service is also permitted.
Registry is directed to summon the digitized record from the learned
Court below by or before the next date of hearing.
