Mr. R.B.Phookan, learned counsel for the petitioner today has
submitted that the ITAT Tribunal has been constituted in Gauhati since
January, 2026, as such, a question has arisen as to whether this Court
should proceed in considering the matter under Article 226.
Mr. J.N.Rynjah, learned GA for the respondents submits that he will
file the written submissions in the course of the day. He also undertakes to
supply a copy of the Notification to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
