Eligibility
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Served as, or eligible to serve as, a Professor/Associate Professor as per UGC norms, with sufficient teaching and research experience in IPR.
- Practicing IP attorney with at least 10 years of experience in IPR law.
- Professional with significant recognition in IPR, having 10+ years of experience.
- Retired official of the IP Office under CGPDTM, holding a doctorate degree, with minimum 5 years of service at Level 12 or above (e.g., Controller of Patents & Designs, Registrar of Trademarks, Registrar of Copyrights).
- Age Limit: Not attained 70 years at the time of application.

Salary
- Full-time Appointment: ₹1.5 lakh per month (consolidated).
- Additional Charge (if full-time not feasible): Honorarium up to ₹25,000 per month for a Professor of the University/Institute.
