    Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

    learned APP for the State.

    2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amas

    P.S. Case No. 88 of 2011 registered for the offence under

    Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 384, 386, 435, 427

    and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 27 of the

    Arms Act, under Section 17 of the CLA Act and under Section

    13 of the UAP Act.

    3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and

    others are said to have stopped the trucks near the Sao Kala Toll

    Plaza and have set ablaze the trucks.

    4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2025.

    5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the
    Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18702 of 2026(2) dt.29-04-2026

    petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this

    case because he is having 18 criminal antecedents of similar

    nature.

    6. Learned APP for the State submits that from the

    records, it appears that the petitioner is an absconder in a case of

    year 2011.

    7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not

    inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

    8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
