    01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
    learned counsel for the State.

    2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
    connection with T.R. Case No.176/2019 pending on
    the file of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge,
    Bhubaneswar, arising out of Saheed Nagar P.S. Case
    No. 27 of 2019 for commission of offences punishable
    under Sections 500/ 506/ 376(2)(n)3/ 294/ 34 of the
    IPC, read with Section 67-A of the I.T. Act, 2000 and
    Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

    3. At the outset, it comes to the notice of this
    Court that vide Annexure-4 series, WhatsApp chats
    and letters alleged to between the Petitioner and
    Opposite Party No.2 has been placed on record
    patently transgressing the privacy of the victim.

    4. It is indeed unfortunate that the SR (Stamp
    Reporter) has failed in his duty in not noticing the
    same.

    5. Registry is directed to mask Annexure-4 series
    and copy thereof shall not be granted unless leave in
    the said regard is specifically granted.

    6. Registrar (Judicial) is requested to impress
    upon the SR to ensure that these kind of lapses are
    not repeated, failing which, this Court will have no
    other alternative but to initiate proceeding against
    the concerned officials conducting the stamp report.

    7. Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by
    Speed Post. Requisites shall be filed by 01.05.2026.

    Informant be noticed through the I.O.. Extra
    copy of the brief for the purpose be served on the
    learned counsel for the State by 01.05.2026 as well.

    8. List this matter on 15.05.2026.
