Heard Mr. S K Poddar, learned counsel for the appellant, who seeks further
time to obtain instruction in order to take steps against the expired respondent
Nos. 6 & 8. He further submits that during pendency of the present regular
second appeal, the respondent No. 14 has also expired and that necessary
instruction as regards the expired respondent No. 14 shall also be obtained for
doing the needful by the next date of listing.
