About I.E.R.L.
The Institute of Excellence in Research and Law (I.E.R.L.), founded by Subhranil Bhowmik (Alumni of KIIT Law School), promotes quality legal education, constitutional awareness, critical thinking, and socially relevant academic engagement among students and young learners.
About the Programme
The recent introduction of the new criminal law framework in India marks a significant shift in both the philosophy and functioning of the legal system. These developments require not only a doctrinal understanding of statutory provisions but also a deeper engagement with constitutional principles, procedural transformations, and emerging legal challenges in the digital age.
