About the Opportunity
Legalmage LLP is looking for an associate/ advocate to work with them at their office in Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling and assisting in cybercrime-related matters
- Liaising with Cyber Cells and other relevant authorities across India
- Traveling for filing, pursuing, and resolving legal matters
- Assisting in drafting, filings, legal research, and court appearances
- Coordinating legal proceedings in Delhi as well as outside Delhi
- Supporting senior advocates in litigation and legal strategy
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Enrolled with any State Bar Council
- Basic to working knowledge of Cyber Law and Criminal Law
- Sound understanding of legal procedures and court processes
- Strong interest in learning practical court practice and litigation work
Salary
₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month. Salary will depend on experience and skill level.
