About the Organisation
Lexora is a student-driven and student-run community established with the objective of empowering young minds through knowledge, leadership, and collaboration. Inspired by the guiding principle of “Sa Vidya Ya Vimuktaye” (that knowledge which liberates), Lexora seeks to create meaningful academic and cultural engagement across campuses in India.
Lexora functions as a collaborative platform where students from diverse academic backgrounds contribute towards community initiatives, content creation, and campus-based engagement.
Duration
The Research Internship will be conducted for a fixed period of one month (4 weeks), During this period, Candidates are expected to actively contribute throughout this period and maintain consistency in submissions and participation.
Selection Process
The selection will take place in 2 stages:
Stage 1: CV Shortlisting
Shortlisting will be based on the candidate’s resume and overall interest in research and writing.
Stage 2: Interview
Selected candidates will be invited for a short interview to evaluate:
Content clarity and originality
Research approach
Writing consistency and commitment

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected Research Interns will be expected to:
- Research and write blogs/articles on allotted themes (academic and practical relevance)
- Ensure blogs meet Lexora’s parameters such as clarity, structure, originality, and insight-driven writing
- Maintain proper flow (Introduction → Analysis → Conclusion)
- Use credible sources and proper referencing
- Create content that is informative, engaging, and value-driven for students
- Coordinate with the Lexora editorial team for revisions and formatting
- Contribute fresh ideas for trending and meaningful topics
- Maintain timelines and consistency in submissions

- In case a candidate applies for both roles, only one interview will be conducted covering the evaluation criteria for both positions.
