    About the Opportunity:
    Avvocats & Partners LLP (Law Office of Keshav Singh) is expanding its team and looking to hire 10 Paralegals to support U.S.-based law firms, particularly in California Personal Injury (PI) matters. This role offers exposure to international legal workflows and cross-border litigation support.

    Role:
    • Paralegal

    Location (Work From Office):
    • Mohali
    • Noida
    • Bangalore
    • Pune

    Work Timing:
    • Must be comfortable working in Pacific Standard Time (PST)

    Experience Required:
    • Minimum 1+ year (Personal Injury experience preferred)

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Drafting and reviewing demand letters
    • Handling medical records and billing review
    • Assisting in case management (pre-litigation)
    • Client communication and follow-ups
    • Supporting U.S. attorneys in ongoing PI matters

    Role Requirements:
    • Experience in Personal Injury (California law preferred)
    • Prior experience with U.S. law firms (especially Southern California)
    • Familiarity with:
    • Demand letters
    • Medical documentation
    • Case management systems
    • Experience with legal tools/CRMs used by U.S. firms (preferred)

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Licensed Advocate in India (preferred, not mandatory)
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
