About the Opportunity
DSA LEGAL is looking for talented and motivated lawyers to join their team at their office in Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in providing legal advice on litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters to safeguard clients’ legal and commercial interests.
- Draft, review, and support in preparing pleadings, applications, and dispute-related documentation.
- Assist in handling litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes across courts and forums.
- Work closely with senior team members and clients to identify legal risks and practical solutions.
- Support in the development of templates, research notes, and legal strategies for dispute management.
- Contribute to client engagement and assist in strengthening the firm’s existing and prospective client base.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B with 2–4 years PQE
- Experience in litigation and arbitration
- Excellent command over spoken and written English
