[1] Mr. Phungyo Zingkhei, learned State counsel is before this Court
(physical Court). Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel on record for Accountant General
(A&E), Manipur is before this Court on the Video Conferencing (V.C.) platform.
[2] Mr. Serto T Kom, learned counsel who is before this Court on the
Video Conferencing (V.C.) platform submits that he has instructions to file change
of Vakalatnama on behalf of appellant in WA 50 of 2017 as well as respondent in
WA No.2 of 2018. Learned counsel requests for time to do the need full.
[3] Afore-referred request for adjournment is acceded to.
