    3. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Jatni
    P.S. case No. 394 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1194 of
    2018 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Jatni for the
    alleged commission of offence under Sections
    294/323/34/419/420/467/468/471/506 of IPC,

    4. Considering the nature of accusations and the materials on
    record, while not being inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the
    petitioner, the ABLAPL is disposed of granting liberty to the
    petitioner to surrender before the court below within two weeks
    from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and to move
    for bail. In such event, he shall be released on bail on such terms
    and condition as the court below may deem fit and proper to impose

    including the condition that he shall personally appear before the
    trial Court on each date of posting of the case without seeking
    representation through counsel without fail.
