Captioned matter is a life appeal and it is directed against
judgment and order of conviction dated 28.01.2025 (‘impugned
judgment for the sake of convenience) made by Court of Sessions Judge,
Imphal West in Sessions Trial Case No. 12 of 2016 bearing reference FIR
No. 470(11)2015 IPS u/s 302 IPC.
Ms. G. Pushpa, learned counsel representing counsel on
record for appellant and Mr. Phungyo Zingkhei, learned State counsel
