This role is ideal for candidates looking to build expertise in real estate law through practical, hands-on work.
Eligibility
- Law students (3rd year and above for 5-year course / final year for 3-year course)
- Recent LL.B. graduates with interest in real estate law
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented individuals comfortable with document-heavy work
Responsibilities
- Draft and review MoUs, agreements, and transaction documents
- Prepare and analyse legal opinions on property documents
- Conduct title due diligence and document verification
- Research real estate regulations and compliance
- Support end-to-end legal processes in transactions
