A well-known law firm is hiring for its Corporate – Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice at its Gurugram office. This is a niche corporate role in a highly regulated and fast-growing sector.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in corporate transactions and advisory
- Exposure to healthcare / pharma / life sciences regulations
- Prior law firm experience preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Advising on corporate transactions in healthcare sector
- Handling regulatory compliance (pharma, medical devices, etc.)
- Drafting agreements and advisory documents
- Working on due diligence and structuring deals
- Supporting clients in a highly regulated environment
