    Learned counsel for the appellant, as always, fairly submits for
    owing to inadvertent and bonafide error, the order dated October 23, 2024,
    passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge Designated under
    NIA Act, Srinagar, has been assailed. Though, whereas the appellant ought
    to have assailed the order dated November 12, 2024. Accordingly, she
    submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to
    the appellant to file a fresh appeal assailing the order dated November 12,
    2024.
