1. The review petition has been filed seeking review of the
judgment dated 31.01.2024 passed by the Division Bench in
appeal: MATA No.256 of 2022. Since M.S. Sahoo, J. was part of
the said Bench, the matter is placed for consideration of the
review petition before us, M.S. Sahoo, J. being a member, the
Hon’ble Judge who was the other member of the Bench that
decided the MATA being not available.
