About the Job
Centrum Legal is hiring | Associate – Corporate Law | Gurugram
Eligibility
- Law Graduate (LL.B.) having enrolment as an ‘Advocate’ with the Bar Council
- CS qualification will be an advantage (though not mandatory)
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in corporate law
- Strong interest in corporate advisory, transactions, and compliance
- Gurugram based or willing to relocate
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
- Ability to manage timelines and work collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare notes/opinions
- Support in transaction execution and corporate advisory work
- Handle regulatory and compliance-related assignments
