This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. In filing the present CRLMC, the Petitioner has prayed
for quashing the entire criminal proceeding initiated
against him vide Salepur P.S. Case No.427 of 2025
corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.158 of 2025
pending before the Court of learned Additional District
& Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge under the POCSO
Act, Cuttack including the impugned order dated
02.03.2026 passed in the said Special G.R Case.
3. Heard.
4. Issue notice.
5. Learned counsel for the State waives of notice on behalf
of the Opposite Party No.1. Let an extra copy of the

10. As an interim measure, it is directed that further
proceeding in Special G.R. Case No.158 of 2025 arising
out of Salepur P.S. Case No.427 of 2025 pending before
the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-
Special Judge under the POCSO Act, Cuttack shall
remain stayed till the next date of listing of this matter.
