Over the course of two days, the programme brought together a distinguished panel of practitioners and an engaged cohort of participants for insightful discussions on both direct and indirect taxation. The sessions were thoughtfully designed to bridge the gap between academic understanding and practical application, and we are grateful for the depth of engagement and enthusiasm demonstrated throughout.

On Day 2, the Direct Tax Practice team from Khaitan & Co, including Ms. Shaily Gupta (Partner), Mr. Himanshu Goel (Principal Associate), and Mr. Bharat Jain (Principal Associate), conducted equally enriching sessions, offering valuable insights into direct taxation, international taxation and tax litigation.

The group-based case study exercise further enabled participants to collaboratively engage with contemporary tax issues, fostering analytical and problem-solving skills.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the team at Khaitan & Co and all the instructors for their invaluable contributions and for sharing their expertise with the participants.

A special thank you to all participants for their active involvement, which truly contributed to making this programme a meaningful academic experience.
