Milbank LLP special counsel Rosaline Yusman spoke on a panel discussion titled “Navigating the New Frontiers of International Data Center Financing” at the Export-Import Bank of Korea’s (KEXIM) 50th Anniversary Conference on April 6, 2026, in Seoul.
The panel, which brought together leading international banks and global sponsors, focused on the evolution of debt capital structures and risk mitigation strategies in the digital infrastructure space in the age of AI.
Ms. Yusman, based in Milbank’s Singapore office, advises both borrowers and lenders on a range of project finance and general corporate financing transactions, with a strong focus on the digital infrastructure sector.
