About the Role:
AAN Legal is expanding its Real Estate practice and inviting applications from experienced legal professionals for Senior Associate and Principal Associate positions. Roles Available:
• Senior Associate (3–5 Years PQE)
• Principal Associate (6–8 Years PQE)
Practice Area:
• Real Estate & Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct title due diligence and risk assessment
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Assist in structuring real estate and infrastructure deals
• Manage transactions end-to-end (role dependent)
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• For senior roles: lead transactions and mentor junior associates
Eligibility & Requirements:
Senior Associate (3–5 PQE):
• Experience in real estate and infrastructure matters
• Strong understanding of due diligence, structuring, and documentation
• Ability to independently manage assigned matters
Principal Associate (6–8 PQE):
• Extensive experience in real estate and infrastructure practice
• Proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial skills
• Experience in mentoring teams
