About the Internship
Bureau is hiring a Legal Intern for a 3-month internship to support its legal and compliance team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Eligibility
- Final-year law students or recent LL.B. graduates from a recognized law school
- Basic understanding of commercial contracts and corporate legal concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to use modern tools
- Candidates must be based in Bengaluru (in-office requirement)
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements)
- Support contract management including maintaining trackers and documentation
- Conduct legal research on regulatory, commercial, and employment law matters
- Prepare summaries, notes, and documentation for legal and compliance processes
- Assist in ongoing legal projects and day-to-day legal tasks
