Though we had heard Mr. Malik, learned Sr. AAG, at length on the
previous date of hearing but today, at the outset, he submits that,
considering the multiple issues that are required to be determined by this
Court, he has prepared comprehensive synopsis which are ready and shall
be submitted to the Bench Secretary of this Court over the course of the
day with a copy to learned counsel for the petitioner.

learned counsel for the petitioner. It is made clear that in the event of
default, appropriate order shall follow.
