Ms. Archisha Singh (Senior Associate, Chambers of Abhinav Mishra: Advocates & Solicitors)

Ms. Archisha Singh is an Advocate with over a year of practical experience in diverse areas of law, having appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Arbitral Tribunals, and District Courts. Her core expertise spans litigation, arbitration, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on Constitutional Law, White-Collar Crimes, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Service Law, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

She has been extensively involved in drafting Special Leave Petitions, counter affidavits, rejoinders, written submissions, and legal opinions, supported by legal research on complex and evolving precedents. Driven by a strong commitment to justice and professional excellence, she aspires to contribute meaningfully to the legal profession while fostering greater awareness on issues of rights, compliance, and governance.
