About the Opportunity
Sigma Chambers is looking for driven final-year law students to join their Corporate Advisory & Transactions team with a focus on technology and deep tech.
We work at the intersection of law and emerging technology advising startups, growth-stage companies, and investors across drones, aerospace, SaaS, fintech, Web3, and beyond.

We are a small, high-output team. Interns here do real work on live transactions, regulatory matters and client-facing deliverables. If that excites rather than intimidates you, you’re probably a good fit.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final year of law school (5-year or 3-year programme)
- Minimum three-month commitment (possibility of PPO)
- Demonstrated interest in technology, deep tech, or related advisory work: show us your moot memorials, writing samples, research, or prior work
- Curiosity that goes beyond the classroom
