About the Internship
Zypp Electric is hiring a Legal Intern to support its legal team with research, documentation, and compliance-related work in a dynamic startup environment.
Eligibility
- Law students or freshers with an interest in corporate law
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Maintain and organize legal records and documentation
- Support compliance tracking and regulatory filings
- Coordinate with internal teams for legal requirements
- Work on vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts
