Tell us about the infrastructure of your law college
The classrooms at Alliance University are well appreciated for their sloped floors, which facilitate a clear view of the whiteboard and presentation screens for every attendee.
Students are provided with waiting areas, laptop-friendly zones, and one of the best internet connectivity facilities in and around the classrooms. Furthermore, the seating is both lecture- and exam-friendly, with spacious walk-in areas around the classrooms.
The library includes a separate reading hall with a wide collection of prescribed books, reference materials, digital library resources, and other technical support services for both students and research scholars. In addition, extended library hours are offered during examination seasons to provide better access to academic resources on campus.
The university also has various sports clubs and designated sports zones within the campus, and students in their initial years are encouraged to join one or more of them for extracurricular credits. Trainers are available from dawn to dusk and are committed to nurturing and developing campus talent.
Alliance University provides both on-campus and off-campus accommodation facilities for students who opt for them. The rules and regulations for hostellers and staff are followed in a disciplined manner, including but not limited to in-and-out timings, room-cleaning services, internet access, and food and beverage usage.

How are the academic culture and faculty in your college?
The academic culture of Alliance is fairly supportive and student-focused. The faculty strength is quite adequate and is equipped with experienced and qualified professors.
The teaching quality is highly focused on conceptual clarity and practical application. The professors are mostly available, both in and outside the classrooms, for academic as well as personal guidance.
Furthermore, the attendance requirement is absolutely strict, and to encourage greater classroom presence, students are provided with extra scores based on the percentage of their attendance, which is later added to the final score.
The academic culture could be fairly rated 4 out of 5, based on the university’s student-friendly and growth-focused environment.

How’s the peer quality in your college? Rate it on a scale of 5 with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.
In my view, peer quality differs from one batch to another. I must say that I have one of the best peer circles in terms of academic learning and healthy competition. Although a few unhealthy experiences and instances of favouritism exist at the student level, most students benefit from an intellectually stimulating and supportive environment.

Tell us about the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities
The overall social life on the Alliance campus is active and inclusive, offering students a balanced university experience beyond academics. It could be rated a perfect 4 on a scale of 5.
The university hosts a wide range of student-run clubs and committees, including academic, cultural, sports, and social-impact groups, alongside a highly functional Moot Court Society, which provides ample opportunities for leadership and teamwork.
Regular flagship cultural and management fests, along with inter-university competitions, encourage student participation and have fostered a strong sense of campus community for over two decades.

How are the placements in your college?
The university encourages and facilitates a fair number of secured internships for students during their course through a dedicated Career Advancement and Networking (CAN) team, as well as through independent applications and alumni networks.
Placement outcomes vary each year; however, due to the strong network the university has built, students are provided access to a mix of reputed recruiters across diverse sectors, including corporate law firms, litigation chambers, consulting firms, startups, multinational corporations, and research organizations.

How are the hostels in your college?
The hostels are well maintained and cater to a large number of students across different programs, with adequate availability of rooms. Reasonable standards of cleanliness are maintained through regular housekeeping and supervision by wardens to ensure discipline and safety.
Basic amenities are provided, including, but not limited to, Wi-Fi connectivity, laundry services, and food court facilities. While there are occasional issues related to food and maintenance, the overall environment is safe and satisfactory.

What are the best things you like about your college?
One of the best things about Alliance University, which students, parents, and faculty alike agree upon, is its well-planned campus infrastructure that offers one of the best study and living environments a student could experience.
The classrooms and library are thoughtfully designed to support effective learning, and extended library hours during examinations are particularly helpful for students.
A vibrant co-curricular ecosystem encourages holistic development. Furthermore, alumni engagement programs provide students with exposure to internships, career guidance, and professional growth. Alliance University is truly a conducive space for both academic and extracurricular growth.
In your opinion, what are bad things about your college?
In my opinion, although the campus offers a wide range of clubs and activities, participation differs across schools and batches, which sometimes leads to uneven experiences.
Furthermore, occasional delays in maintenance or administrative responses can create disturbances in hostels or common facilities. Lastly, inconsistency in certain administrative and placement-related processes has been among the unexpected challenges I faced after entering the university.
Anything else you want to share?
Overall, my experience at Alliance University has been largely positive and enriching. With a balanced blend of academics, infrastructure, and co-curricular exposure, the institution encourages both professional and personal growth among students.
While there are certain areas for improvement, the feedback platform, diverse peer environment, and emphasis on holistic development make it a meaningful place for learning.
With the right initiative and engagement, students can make the most of the opportunities available on campus.
