1. The parties have been able to reach to an amicable settlement
before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
2. The Settlement Agreement dated 23-3-2026 has been reduced into
writing duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel
including the learned Mediator.
3. The Settlement Agreement reads thus:-
“SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This Settlement Agreement is being executed between
PETITIONER/HUSBAND MR. MOHIT MALIK, s/o Mahender Malik, Age 34
years, Resident of 189, Katra Baryan, Fatehpuri, Delhi- 110006
(hereinafter referred to as the “Petitioner/ Husband”). and
RESPONDENT/Wife MRS. KRITIKA, w/o Mohit Malik, Age 29 years,
Resident of Harmony Homes, Flat No. S-6, First Floor, 103, ELDECO,
Panipat, Haryana- 132103 (hereinafter referred to as the
“Respondent/wife”).
