2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous
Application has been preferred by the
applicant assailing the order dated
20.09.2025 passed by the learned
Judicial Magistrate, Almora, whereby the
application moved by the applicant under
Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act,
read with Sections 91 and 311 Cr.P.C.,
seeking sending of the disputed
documents for handwriting/forensic
examination, has been rejected, and the
matter was fixed for framing of charge
on 04.10.2025.
