Present Mr.Ph.Sanajaoba, learned counsel for the
petitioner and Mr.W.Darakeshwor, learned Sr.PCCG for the CBI.
The petitioner approached this Court for releasing him
on bail in connection with RC-4(S)/2022-IMP dated 24.11.2022, under
Section 364(A), 307, 457, 302 & 120-B IPC, r/w Section 25 (I-B) of
the Arms Act, 1959 & Section16/20 UA(P) Act.
Earlier bail application was rejected by the learned
Sessions Judge, Imphal West vide order dated 17.1.2025.
Mr.Ph.Sanajaoba, learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that in para-8 of the counter affidavit filed by the CBI it is
stated that supplementary charge sheet under section 173 (8) Cr.P.C
has been filed by the CBI before the learned CJM Imphal West on
31.3.2025. It is submitted that contents of the supplementary report
will have a bearing in the case and oral prayer is made for calling a
copy of the supplementary report of the CBI.
In the circumstance, call for a photo copy or scanned
copy of the supplementary report under section 173(8) Cr.P.C dated
31.3.2025 from the Court of leaned CJM, Imphal West.
List this case on 4.5.2026.
