University, Spain. From the detailed FIR, it appears that the petitioners not
just cheated the complainant de facto but also forged communication issued
from University of Barcelona. It does not appear to be a case of a private
    wrong which could be quashed.

    4. Petitioners, appearing in person, seek adjournment on the ground that
their counsel is unable to appear today.

    5. Inspector Rajender Singh, SHO of PS Narela accepts notice and
strongly opposes the petition. The SHO submits that they are awaiting reply
from the University of Barcelona. Status report be filed within four weeks.

    6. Relist on 10.08.2026 in Advance List.
