NLU Delhi Appoints Chair Director for Insolvency Restructuring Studies

National Law University Delhi has established a dedicated Chair in Insolvency Law, titled the Chair in Insolvency Restructuring Studies, aimed at advancing education, research, training, and consultancy in this specialized and evolving domain.

Pursuant to the approval of the University bodies, Dr. Raghav Pandey, Assistant Professor at NLU Delhi, has been appointed as the Chair Director.

In this role, Dr. Pandey will lead initiatives to strengthen academic and professional engagement in insolvency and allied areas. He will also oversee the Two-Year Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) – M.A./LL.M. offered by the University.
