1. By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order
passed by this court dated 21.08.2024, relevant paragraph of which is taken
note of herein:
“10. In the above backdrop, I find that the petitioner is
entitled to rent as fixed by respondent department with
respect to her residential house. Therefore this writ petition
is disposed of with a direction to respondent-department to
ensure payment of rent to the petitioner for the period she
has not been paid on account of retention of her house by
Shri Chowdhary Mohammad Ramzan, within a period of two
months from the date copy of this order is served upon
them.”
