03. 1. The matter is listed for orders indicating in the
cause list that the defects pointed out by Stamp Report
has not yet been removed. The matter was presented
more than three years back on 26.09.2022. It was
listed before the learned Deputy Registrar (Judicial),
Lawzima for removal of defects on 21.11.2025. The
learned Deputy Registrar (Judicial), Lawzima granted
three weeks time for removal of defects.
2. The matter was again listed on 11.03.2026 when
no one appeared. However, granting further 10 days
time for removal of defects and the mater was
adjourned.
