. The appellants have filed this appeal under Section 10F of the
Companies Act, 1956, challenging judgment and order dated 29.04.2015
passed by the Company Law Board, Mumbai (for short ‘CLB’). By the
said judgement and order, the CLB accepted the contentions of the
original respondent No.1 – Girdharlal Nathubhai Dalal (hereinafter
referred to as ‘Girdharlal Dalal’), who was the petitioner before the
CLB, and issued directions with which the appellants are aggrieved.
