1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483
BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was
arrested in connection with FIR No. 45/2026 registered at Police
Station Suket District Kota Rural for the offence(s) under Sections
8, 20, 21 of NDPS Act.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the
applicant is a young person, aged about 20 years. It is further
submitted that the applicant is behind bars since 15.02.2026. It is
next submitted that qua the three accused, the quantity of the
contraband recovered cumulatively is less than the prescribed
commercial quantity, i.e. MD 11.64 grams and 13.37 gram charas.
It is also submitted that there are no criminal antecedents against
the applicant and that the trial will take time its own time to
conclude.
