Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for a direction to set aside the impugned judgments and orders dated 8.7.2024 and 17.12.2024 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Firozabad in Misc case no. 775 of 2024 and Criminal Revision No. 168 of 2024 (Pradeep Kumar versus State of U.P. and others) passed by learned Additional Session Judge court no. 7 Firozabad, P.S. South, District Firozabad.

    3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved by him against the private respondents. It was alleged in the application that the petitioner was deceived by the respondents into executing a sale deed in favour of respondent no. 18 on the assurance that respondent no. 18 would solemnize marriage with him. Believing the said assurance, the petitioner executed the sale deed in favour of respondent no. 18. However, neither was the consideration amount paid to the petitioner after execution of the sale deed, nor was the marriage solemnized with respondent no. 18. It was further alleged that the entire act was manipulated by the respondents in order to usurp the petitioner’s land by extending false assurances.
