Registrar Position Details

• Age Limit: The candidate should not have crossed 55 years as on the last date of submission of applications.
• Essential Qualifications: A Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade. Provided, for candidates with benchmark disabilities, the minimum aggregate mark is 50%.
• Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in educational administration, financial and personnel management and capacity to lead the administration in a residential institution AND/OR
  • A Doctoral degree from are cognized University AND/OR
  • Familiarity and competence with computer software applications.
  • Including word and data processing of ERPS systems
• Experience: Eligibility is according to the following qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Law/ Management with at least 55% of the marks on an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
  • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of Service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associated Professor along with experience in educational administration or
  • Comparable experience in research establishment and /or other Institutions of higher education with NET qualification or Ph.d .
  • 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
• Salary: Level 14 as per the7th CPC based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

Personal Assistant (Contractual) Details

• Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduation in any discipline with minimum 3-5 years’ experience. Excellent working environment, Salary at par with industry standards, higher/lower salary may be considered depending on candidate experience.
  • Must be proficient in English shorthand and in typing. The speed of shorthand would be 100 WPM(word per minute) and typing would be 40 wpm in English on computer with minimum permissible mistake upto 10% .
  • Must be well acquainted with Computer Application.
• Desirable Qualification: Proficiency in English and Hind and Good Communication skill with an understanding of Local language.
• Salary: Rs. 60,000/- (consolidated)

Stenographer Post Details (2 Posts)

• Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognised Institute/ University.
  • Stenography speed of 80 words per minute (wpm) in English and typing speed of 40 words per minute (wpm) in English on Computer with permissible mistakes up to 05%.
  • Hindi stenography knowledge is desirable.
  • Take dictation and notes.
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi and good communication skills with an understanding of the local language commonly used for communication in Jharkhand.
• Desirable Qualifications: Translation from Hindi to English and English to Hindi.
