01. By this petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, petitioner has challenged
the order dated 15.04.2025, passed by the Special Mobile Magistrate,
Budgam in case filed under Protection of Women from Domestic
Violence Act, 2005 by the respondents and order dated 09.02.2026, passed
by the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Budgam in an appeal filed under
Section 29 of Domestic Violence Act, by the petitioner.
