1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:
“Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ambedkar Nagar in Ref. No. 267 of 2020 Ram Charitra Versus Shivram and others in interim relief application dated 07-05-2022 is pending to decide stipulated period, in the interest of justice.”

Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed of directing the opposite party no.1 to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
