02/30.03.2026 Heard Mr. Vishal Srivastava, learned counsel for the
petitioner. None appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gomia
P.S. Case No. 69/2025, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.
05/2025.

It has been alleged that the petitioner and one Sonu
Kumar Roy had been apprehended by the Police with Ganja and a
case was registered. Based on their disclosure the house of Sujit
Kumar Saw was raided and 77 Kg. of Ganja and huge quantity of
foreign liquor were seized.

Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel
for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since
17.09.2025. It has further been submitted that Sonu Kumar Roy
has been granted bail in B.A. No. 483 of 2026. Learned counsel
adds that though the petitioner has two criminal antecedents
relating to NDPS Act but the same seems to be on account of the
confessional statement of the apprehended accused.

On consideration of the fact that Sonu Kumar Roy
whose case is similarly situated to that of the petitioner has been
granted bail as noted above, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like
amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge,
Bokaro in connection with Gomia P.S. Case No. 69/2025,
corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 05/2025.
