Notice in terms of Hon’ble Court order dated 01.12.2025 has been
issued to the respondents and as per the office report, delivery of notice
SPONSORED
with regard to respondent Nos. 1,2 and 4 have been confirmed whereas
respondent Nos. 3 and 5 have not been served till date.
On previous date of hearing, i.e on 06.03.2026, ld. counsel for the
petitioner sought three week’s time for filing fresh and complete
particulars of respondents 3 and 5. However, needful has not been done
till date.
Today, neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner
nor fresh and complete particulars of respondents 3 and 5 have been
filed.
