Mr. Dewakar Sharma, learned Dy. AG appearing for the Transport
Commissioner, seeks some more time to produce the record of the Cash
Committee against Sexual Harassment (CASH), besides that he be
supplied with the copy of order dated 20.02.2026 as well as today’s order,
enabling him to pass on the same to the relevant authorities. Allowed, be
provided under the seal and signature of the Bench Secretary. He shall
produce the record, by the next date of hearing.
Whereas, in so far as case FIR No. 154/2019 of Police Station,
Bakshi Nagar, Jammu is concerned, in terms of the previous order, the
Station House Officer concerned was required to remain present along
with the case diary, however, that direction has not been met with.
Mr. Dewakar Sharma, learned Dy.AG, is directed to inform the
concerned officer to remain present in Court, with CD file, failing which,
coercive steps shall follow.
