3. The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner- Ramdarash Yadav before this Court with the following prayers:
(i) To quash the impugned orders dated 12.12.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/ FTC, Court No.2, Azamgarh in Criminal Revision No.463 of 2023 ( Ram Darash Vs. State of U.P. and another) and order dated 16.10.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.26, Azamgarh in Application No.167 of 2023, u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C ( Ram Darash Vs. Arun Kumar), Police Station Atrauliya District Azamgarh.
