Prayer in the present petition is for direction to the Civil Jude (Junior Division), Kushi Nagar at Padrauna to decide the 6-C Application Under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. dated 24.03.2022 in Original Suit No.166 of 2022 (Smt. Vinda Devi & Others Vs. Smt. Kamlawati Devi & Others) pending before the learned Civil Jude (Junior Division), Kushi Nagar at Padrauna as well as directing the defendant-respondents not to alienate or create IIIrd party rights in respect to the land in dispute shown in the suit plaint, during the pendency of the suit before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kushi Nagar at Padrauna.

4. Learned counsel prayed that the said suit may be decided expeditiously.

5. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of directing the Civil Jude (Junior Division), Kushi Nagar at Padrauna to decide the 6-C Application Under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. dated 24.03.2022 in Original Suit No.166 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Jude (Junior Division), Kushi Nagar at Padrauna within a period of eight months subject to legal impediment, if any after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
