“Direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra to set aside the entire proceedings of the case no.2492 of 2025 (Sri Pradeep Singh Vs. Smt. Usha Singh) Under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra.”
3. The relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted in this writ petition.
4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedy as available to him under the law.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
