1. The petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the
Constitution, seeking quashing of FIR No. 583/2024, dated 06.09.2024,
registered at Police Station Burari, under Sections 498A/406/34 of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860 [“IPC”] and all proceedings emanating
therefrom, on the ground of settlement.
