1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-

“10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the
impugned amended transfer order dated 29.06.2022 passed
by respondent no. 2.
10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the
respondent authority to permit the petitioner to work at the
same place, as she is working i.e. Seed Manager Processing
Center, Jhalmala, Balad, District Balod (C.G.).
10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the
amended transfer order dated 29.06.2022 of the respondent
no. 5 at the place of petitioner.
10.4 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any
other relief(s)/writ(s), order(s) in favour of the petitioners, which
the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts &
circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs of
the petitioners.”
2. Mr. Shayon Kar, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 2, 3 &
4 would submit that the services of the petitioner has already been
transferred from present place of posting.
3. At this stage, Mr. Kalpesh Ruparel, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with
liberty to revive his prayer, if cause of action still survives.
4. Permission granted.
5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid
liberty.
